Return Policy

As a small business we are able to accept returns or exchanges within 14 business days within the following terms:
- Hard goods such as toys and garments must be in original packaging, be unused and in new condition.
- Dry (kibble) foods are accepted in unopened or opened if product is still within original packaging.
- Treats, accessories and toys are not guaranteed unless the manufacturer has a policy stating so. Unused products, unopened, in original packaging, free from dirt and pet hair and with original tags are accepted for return within 14 days of purchase.
- Raw products are not subject to return.
- Toys, Treats and Supplements are not subject to return if opened or used and not in original packaging.
- Unfortunately we are unable accept returns for products that appear to be damaged by pet damage (ie chewing, scratching, urine etc.) It is reasonable to understand that nothing is indestructible. Please supervise your pet at all times.
- Returns MUST be accompanied by original receipt.
